Family friendly policies

In recent years, the rights for employees with family responsibilities have expanded considerably and it is important for managers to have a good understanding of how this web of legislation operates so that they can effectively manage the business whilst respecting legal obligations and creating an environment in line with the culture of the organisation. This workshop will focus on:

• Understanding the legal rights of employees with family responsibilities
• Understanding how to manage employee expectations
• Understanding how and when you can say no safely
