Bullying, harassment & whistleblowing

Bullying, harassment and whistle blowing can strike fear in the mind of any employer and, if mishandled, can lead to expensive claims and significant damage to an employer's reputation.  This workshop will address the following points:

• What constitutes bullying or harassment?
• Know the claims employees can make and how to prevent or defend them
• Understand whistle blowing and how to stop employees from going to the press

Cost: £175 plus VAT* including refreshments, lunch and course notes.
